- Orders can be shipped to any residential address, business address or PO Box. If your order is being delivered to a business, please include the company name.

- Your order will be shipped within 24 business hours of the order being placed and you will receive dispatch confirmation, including a tracking number to the email provided on your order.

- If an item you have ordered is out of stock you will be contacted immediately with a revised delivery date and the option to replace your item or have it refunded.

- Please double check your shipping address at the time of placing your order as due to our speeding processing times, a change of address once an order is placed will incur an additional charge.

- In the event shipping to your address incurs an additional cost we will contact you.

- All rates are location and parcel weight dependent - please add your products to cart, and proceed to checkout to display the cost to your location, for those items. 

Manage My Wedding currently only ships internationally to New Zealand, United States, Canada and United Kingdom. If you are in love with one of our beautiful collections and live outside of these areas, please contact us directly to see if we can help you. 

 

CUSTOMS FEES AND DUTY TAX
International orders can incur taxes and duties as determined by the Customs department of various destination countries. Assessment of duties and taxes will be based upon the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold (if applicable) for goods imported into that country. Payment of any taxes/duties is the responsibility of the recipient. This will occasionally be listed as an 'Additional Postage Fee', more information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office. The customer will be responsible for any customs or import charges, if they occur.
