At Manage My Wedding we understand its the little things that make your wedding day amazing. If you have received a product from us that you haven’t fallen in love with, we are here to help.
- Contact our Customer Care Team by emailing ask@managemywedding.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the name on the order and the reason for your refund request.
- If you received a damaged item in your order, please also include images attached to your email.
- No refunds will be issued without prior email approval from our Customer Care Team first.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on returned items.
- Please take care to ensure items are returned to Manage My Wedding in their original packaging — unworn, unwashed and with tags attached and packaged appropriately to prevent transit damage.
